STEM grant gift of gadgets

A big boost for the Camden Haven High School STEM class in 2019 is the opportunity to make use of the brand new Mobile STEM pods! These two pods are packed full of the latest STEM electronic gadgets and equipment as well as a bank of custom laptops and a multitude of tools. A successful $20,000 grant last year through the Rural and Remote Network Initiative has allowed us to make sure that our students are able to learn integrated science, technology, engineering and mathematics projects using cutting edge equipment and resources. The pods will also house resources for upcoming STEM units in distance education. Starting this week, our year 9/10 STEM class will begin their journey in to the world of Arduino robotics!
