Term 2 Weeks 1-2: Learning from home continues

Students will continue to 'learn from home'. Students are to check their school email daily to access information from teachers about how to access Term 2 work. Our school will remain open for those who need to attend. Supervision will be available for these students and they will engage in the same learning as the students 'learning at home'. As announced by the NSW Premier, parents are encouraged 'to keep their children at home'

The Department of Education has requested one mode of learning, so please be assured that both 'students learning at school' and 'students learning at home' will receive the same level of instruction and materials.

Online lessons commence week 2

All students in Years 7-10 have been timetabled for online lessons in each subject. Each teacher will conduct a 30 minute live lesson online to complement the coursework for that week and provide an opportunity for students to ask questions. These lessons will take place through Canvas or Zoom and students will be required to check their school email daily for access to these lessons.

Online Lessons Essential Information

All students will be emailed a link to the live lesson, regardless of the platform used.

It's a good idea to do a practice meeting on Zoom to make sure you're familiar with the platform before your lesson. Why not organise a digital hangout with your friends this weekend?
